In fact, the appearance of Fastag technology at the time has been so beneficial for increased use: its foundation for stopping during the process of toll payment.
However, if your Fastag is not recharged (Fastag recharge rules), then you had to stand in a long queue. However, there is a very innovative feature of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), which has put rules regarding Fastag. The distance between you and places will be even shorter.

The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) on January 22 made certain key changes in the e-mandate architecture and has started impacting Fastag and National Common Mobility Card (NCMC). Automatic recharge functionality will be there with these two platforms.
Under the new amendment in the provision, the user will get a notification regarding the bank account linked to the Fastag account (RBI account) on which automatic recharge will happen with spending a minimum recharge amount limit will be set at least 24 hours before the recharge of the Fastag account.
There will be no reasons to recharge again and again.
According to this new rule (what is autopay fastag rule?), the user will have to set a minimum amount limit in his Fastag account, on reaching which the Fastag account (New Fastag Rules) will be automatically recharged successfully from your bank account. People won’t need to recharge again and again according to this rule.
What has RBI changed to offer a solution?
Many times, users forget to recharge their Fastag accounts or do not have enough balance in their accounts for recharging. They are forced to stand in long lines at the toll plaza (Government new rules for fastag) due to inconvenience caused by passengers.
This became a huge problem with the hassle faced by the passengers. The Reserve Bank of India has found the way out using the new rules whereby recharging the Fastag account has become simple and automatic, and now the payer will not have to bother to pay at the toll.
Fastag Account older than Five years must be changed
In an important announcement recently, the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) made it compulsory for all Fastag users to complete the KYC. In fact, if the Fastag is three years old and the user has not done KYC, the account may get blacklisted.
Apart from these, those users who have Fastags older than five years will have to change their Fastag, and the government has fixed a dead line for these changes to be done before October 31; otherwise, the burden may grow for the violators.
