From now on customers have to take gas cylinders at a different rate than before. The new price of LPG will be applicable to every gas consumer. This decision has been taken by the gas companies to announce new prices.
Gas cylinder rates
Recently, the gas companies increased the rates of 19 kg commercial LPG cylinders. Now, the price of LPG through these cylinders has increased by Rs 16.50. And the recent update talked about changing the rates of commercial cylinders. Now-the commercial gas cylinders from Rs 1830 to Rs 1930 are being sold in different cities across the country. The LPG cylinder price is changed on the 1st of every month.
There are no changes in the price of these cylinders-
Apart from that, only the rates for commercial gas cylinders have witnessed changes in price in nLPG cylinders. Again, as far as domestic gas cylinders are concerned, no increases in their prices have been witnessed. The major impact of the increased rates of the commercial gas cylinders will be on the people who consume food in hotels and restaurants. That means that the priche of consumables outside may increase.
LPG rates have increased continuously over the months.
Now, the price of commercial LPG cylinder in Delhi is approximately Rs 1821. If we talk about the rate of Kolkata, then the LPG cylinder is available here around Rs 1930. The commercial LPG cylinder rate is approximately Rs 1774 in Mumbai.
Simultaneously, in Chennai, this cylinder is available at a price of Rs 1985. Earlier, in November, the rates of these gas cylinders got increased by Rs 64. In October, these LPG cylinders had a price of Rs 1738. In such a situation, the price of commercial gas cylinders is getting up by the last five months. And that is affecting the pocket of the customers.
